• Connection and Inspection Fees are due before hook-up. Usage fees are billed twice yearly and are retroactive to ensure accurate charges.
• For those not yet connected, the Ready to Serve Fee applies as of December 31, 2022.
• All invoices are conveniently emailed unless you've made an alternative arrangement. Each invoice includes a link for easy payment via checking account, credit/debit card, or check.
• Please note that a $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks. If a check is returned, the customer will need to provide replacement funds promptly. Customers who have two returned checks within two years may be asked to switch to a different payment method.
